Students Work and Play for National Pi Day
National Pi Day is a celebration of the mathmatical number Pi, or 3.14... Students in Mrs. Aleshia Taylor's geometry class held a special celebration on March 14th (or 3/14). Students worked on several projects for this celebration including mobiles, poster presentations centered around the upcoming GEE testing, and a study of where the number Pi comes from. On the day of the celebration, students took part in several fun activities including a "Pi" eating contest.
